Fife Airport is situated in Glenrothes, close to Edinburgh, and is one of Scotland’s most popular general aviation airfields. We are ideally located for visitors to Scotland, being close to the country’s capital yet with masses of uncontrolled airspace and breathtaking scenery being a short flight away. Tayside Aviation, on of the UK’s leading flying schools, have an operating base at the airfield providing flight training for those wishing to learn to fly light aircraft and flight experience gift vouchers for a taster of flight or special occasion.
Fife Airport is also home to Skydive St Andrews who run tandem parachuting jump experiences or training to those wishing to learn to sky dive, make a jump for charity or purely for the thrill. Fife Flying Club are also based at the airfield, and promote aviation to the local community and run regular events in partnership with Tayside Aviation.
